The short version
I’ve worked directly with more than 35 reputable businesses over seven-plus years – handling marketing, design, video, and web projects, often simultaneously, for clients both in the US and Central Europe. Over 93% of initial projects for clients resulted in ongoing contract work, which means something about the process works.
The work isn’t just execution. It includes critical thinking and foresight which is often the root of issues elsewhere: truly understanding your goals and vision, deciding what actually needs to be built and how, and delivering it on time without needing to be micromanaged.
Process
Brief
A short conversation or written description of the project, goals, and constraints. No lengthy discovery calls required.
Scope + Quote
A clear breakdown of deliverables and timeline. No ambiguous hourly billing – you know what you’re getting before anything starts.
Production
Work is done with regular check-ins. Drafts are available before final delivery. Revisions are a part of the process.
Delivery
Files organized, labeled, and ready to use. Print shipped if applicable. Handover includes anything you need to manage assets going forward.
Background
Degrees in Multimedia in Economic Practice (Prague University of Economics and Business, Bachelor’s) and Media & Communications Studies (Charles University, Master’s). Six years as a senior cinematographer and editor on short film productions, event broadcasts, and commercial work. Five-plus years as a freelance multimedia specialist working with businesses of various sizes on design, web, video, and marketing projects. Current Marketing Associate and Grant Administrator at Veterans Foundation Relief nonprofit public charity, Santa Monica.
